Privacy Policy

This policy applies to Bakery Tumble: Merge Puzzle, a free game provided by Aleh Belko / Barsuk Studio (the "Developer") for Android, iOS, and web. It explains how information is handled when you play the game.

Effective date: 2026-10-21

Local Game Data

The game stores your best score, booster inventory, selected theme, and sound and music preferences in app or browser storage. These saves let you continue using your settings and inventory between sessions. Device or browser backups may include local data according to your platform settings.

The game does not operate its own player-account system or provide cloud progress sync.

Game Services and Purchases

Where configured, native versions use Google Play Games Services on Android or Apple Game Center on iOS. Opening a leaderboard may ask you to sign in to the platform service and submit your saved best score. The platform handles your game-service profile and leaderboard information under its own privacy policy.

Native versions may offer optional booster packs and a Remove Ads purchase where available. Google Play or the App Store handles payment. The game uses product and transaction identifiers to deliver purchased items, prevent duplicate delivery, and restore eligible purchases. The Developer does not receive payment-card details.

Advertising

Mobile versions use Google AdMob and Yandex Mobile Ads to display banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. The advertising provider is selected using the device language: Yandex Mobile Ads for Russian, Google AdMob otherwise.

Advertising partners may process IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and app information, advertising or other identifiers where permitted, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. This information supports ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. The game does not request access to precise device location.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Native versions use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app and advertising activity and investigate errors. These services may process installation identifiers, device and operating-system information, event data, crash traces, and IP addresses.

On web, hosting providers may receive connection information such as IP address. Game fonts are bundled locally.

Privacy Choices

AdMob may present a consent form where required. For questions about your privacy choices, contact the Developer at the address below. On iOS, the system may separately ask for App Tracking Transparency permission; you can manage that permission in device settings.

Advertising permission and technical analytics or crash reporting are separate. Refusing tracking does not necessarily remove all ads or stop every form of technical processing. Yandex Mobile Ads does not show a separate consent form; the game passes the Developer's advertising consent setting to it, and Yandex location tracking is turned off.

Third-Party Services

Service providers handle information under their own privacy policies and applicable service terms:

Sharing and Retention

Information may be shared with the providers needed to deliver advertising, analytics, diagnostics, hosting, and platform services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect security and rights. Providers may process information in other countries under their own terms.

Local saves remain until you clear the relevant app or browser storage or remove the app, subject to your platform's backup and restore behavior. Clearing local storage removes local progress and inventory. It does not automatically delete data already held by service providers, whose retention and deletion rules apply separately.

For privacy enquiries or data-deletion requests, contact aleh.belko@gmail.com. Include the game name and enough information to identify the issue. Additional information may be needed to locate provider-held records. You may also use the relevant provider's privacy controls.

Children's Privacy

The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact the Developer so the issue can be reviewed.

Security and External Links

Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. External websites and services have their own policies; this policy describes the game and does not replace those policies.

Your US State Privacy Rights: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

The app shows ads through Google AdMob and its mediation and bidding partners. To show and measure ads, including personalized ads, these partners may receive your device's advertising identifier (such as GAID or IDFA), IP address and general device information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws of other US states, this may be considered "selling" or "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. You can opt out at any time:

  • Android: open Settings > Privacy > Ads (on some devices Settings > Google > Ads) and delete your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization.
  • iOS: open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and turn off tracking for the app.
  • Email aleh.belko@gmail.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share" and the name of the game.

You may also ask to know or delete personal information related to you by emailing aleh.belko@gmail.com. The Developer will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights and does not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16. This section was added on 2026-10-24.

This policy may be updated when the game or its data practices change. The latest version and effective date will be available on this page.
