Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Ball Launch, a game created by Aleh Belko / Barsuk Studio ("Developer"). It describes how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared when you use the game on web, Android, iOS, or supported platform builds such as Yandex Games.

Information We Collect

The game may process the following categories of information:

  • Gameplay and save data stored locally on your device, including campaign progress, editor drafts, and preferences.
  • Account data when you choose to sign in, such as your account identifier, display name, avatar text or avatar-related profile data, and in some cases email address provided by the sign-in provider.
  • User-generated content you choose to publish, such as level names, level data, likes, and timestamps for community levels.
  • Advertising-related and device data that may be processed by advertising and platform providers, such as device identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostics, and ad performance data.
  • Purchase state for non-consumable items such as remove-ads, including whether an entitlement is owned or restored on your device.
  • Technical logs and security-related data needed to operate backend features and prevent misuse.
How Information Is Used
  • To run the game, save progress, and restore local state.
  • To authenticate players and let them publish, update, delete, and like community levels.
  • To display community content and show the author name attached to published levels.
  • To deliver ads and measure ad performance in mobile builds where ads are enabled.
  • To process or restore in-app purchases made through the relevant store platform.
  • To secure backend services, investigate abuse, and maintain reliable service operation.
What Stays On Device

Many features work using on-device storage only. For example, gameplay progress, editor drafts, preferences, and some purchase-state flags can be stored locally in the browser or on the device. This information is not sent to the Developer unless you explicitly use a networked feature such as sign-in, cloud-linked platform functionality, or community level publishing.

Community Features

If you use community features, the game may store your published level name, serialized level data, public author name, account identifier, likes, and related timestamps in Firebase services. Published content is used to make community levels available to other players.

Advertising

Mobile builds may show interstitial and rewarded ads through AdMob. Ad providers may collect or receive device and usage information in accordance with their own policies. If personalized advertising consent is required in your region, additional consent messaging or controls may apply through the ad stack used by the app.

Purchases

If you buy a remove-ads or similar entitlement, the purchase transaction is handled by the relevant app store provider. The Developer does not receive your full payment card details. The app may store entitlement state locally and may use store APIs to restore purchases.

Third-Party Services

The game may rely on third-party services including:

Data Sharing

Information may be shared:

  • With service providers and SDK partners needed to operate sign-in, ads, purchases, hosting, storage, and related platform services.
  • With other players when you publish community levels, to the extent needed to display your published content and author name.
  • When required by law, legal process, fraud prevention, security response, or protection of rights.
Retention and Deletion

Local data remains on your device until you clear app/browser storage or remove the app, unless a platform cloud service manages it separately. Community content and related account-linked data may be retained while needed to operate the feature and for a reasonable period after deletion requests, backup cycles, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

If you want published community data removed, contact the Developer at aleh.belko@gmail.com and include enough detail to identify the relevant account or content. Some identity and billing records may continue to be handled by the relevant platform provider under its own policies.

Children's Privacy

The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, please contact the Developer so the issue can be reviewed.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information handled by the game and its backend services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted at this page. Continued use of the game after an update means the updated policy applies to future use of the game.
